I'm incredibly grateful for the chance to stand alongside the Southeast Asia Resource Action Center in their fundraising efforts. SEARAC's dedication to uplifting our community and fostering avenues for leadership and advocacy is truly commendable. Having been a former development intern and LAT participant, I've witnessed firsthand the profound impact of SEARAC's efforts.

My grandparents', Kham Noi and Khaen, unwavering resilience and determination have been a guiding light in my life, inspiring me to give back to our community in meaningful ways. Their legacy of perseverance through adversity has fueled my commitment to supporting organizations like SEARAC, who honor our shared heritage and strive for a brighter future for all.

This year, we commemorate the remarkable legacy of resilience that defines us—the legacy rooted in the experiences of refugees and the unwavering drive propelling us forward. At the Southeast Asia Resource Action Center (SEARAC), this legacy is honored daily, as they champion rights and amplify the voices of Southeast Asian American communities nationwide. SEARAC's 2023-24 Equity Agenda, shaped by extensive community input and interviews, sets the course for their unwavering dedication to addressing the needs of our community in health, education, and immigration in the years ahead.
