SEARAC's Leadership and Advocacy Training (LAT) has trained almost 1,000 Southeast Asian American leaders since 1998 to analyze the challenges that our Cambodian, Hmong, Lao, Vietnamese, and other refugee communities face, and to advocate for our own policy solutions. The LAT is not just a training, it's a movement. We are building a groundswell of community voices equipped to demand change
